Our aim is to be a better option for you - more fairly traded, more eco-friendly products than the high street, giving you a better range of choices.

Eco Eco Ltd. was formed to take eco fashion to venues around the UK where customers could try on the clothes in comfortable and relaxing surroundings rather than having to purchase all their ethically and environmentally produced, organic clothing by mail order. However we soon realised that we needed a permanent base and where better than the village of Hope in the lovely Peak District in Derbyshire. We have two shops in the village - one sells our clothes range for men, women and children and the other has lovely things for the home and garden. We also trade online in order to reach customers in other areas.

Our aim is to stock a wide range of exciting eco clothing for men, women, babies and children that is manufactured to exacting environmental standards and are, where possible, made from organically grown fibres such as cotton and hemp (most of the organic cotton comes from Turkey, India and Uganda, and the organic hemp is grown in Transylvania). At our shops we also stock natural paints, organic bodycare, ethical gifts and recycled/fair trade jewellery created by companies who share our concern for people's welfare and the environment.

Eco Eco carries the Peak Distrct National Park's Environmental Quality Mark (EQM), a recognition of our commitment to good environmental practice. Businesses awarded the EQM have to achieve high standards of care for the environment in all aspects of management including use of locally grown and made products and services, use of environmentally friendly products, efficient use of energy and water, minimisation of waste by reducing, reusing and recycling, and provision of environmental information to customers.
