Creating environments that support individuals with a learning disability, enabling them to make full use of opportunities.

In Devon and Cornwall ROC offers a wide choice of accommodation and day time opportunities. People with a learning disability are encouraged to learn skills and confidence through engagement and challenge. ROC offers individualised programmes of learning as the basis of achieving certificated vocational skills and supporting independence. ROC is a registered charity.

ROC offers advanced, forward looking services for adults with a learning disability living in Devon and Cornwall that are special in their range and impact. Our services exist to create pathways for people to develop, that are personal, exciting and work well with all the other factors in their lives. We aim to enable people to try new things, have a real choice and achieve lasting improvements.

We also support leisure, life style, recreational, domiciliary and respite services, as well as many community based and social opportunities.
