Home of the famous three bird roast.

Set in the glorious Leicestershire countryside, Seldom Seen Farm is over 200 acres in size. It is run by Robert and Claire Symington, who have been farming here for over 30 years.

This year (2006) alone, we will have well over 4000 geese, of which 2600 will become part of the famous Three Bird Roast. In addition, we have 500 free-range bronze turkeys and a host of farm made produce to tickle your taste-buds and satisfy your Christmas.

We offer strawberries and raspberries (both as PYO and pre-picked), tayberries, blackcurrants, redcurrants, gooseberries, worcesterberries, oven-ready own-grown geese, the famous Three Bird Roast, own-grown bronze turkeys, pheasants, partridge, jams, chutneys, pickles and fruits, blackberry vinegar, raspberry vinegar, cakes and biscuits, brussel sprouts on the stalk, pork and orange stuffing, mince pies, sausage rolls, shortbread, puddings, jellies, chocolate roulades, christmas puddings and brandy butter, cakes, christmas trees, holly wreaths and many other treats!
