Based in Sherborne and surrounded by Dorset's beautiful rural landscape, we produce COLD PRESSED RAPESEED OIL made from a single variety of seed that's been chosen by us for its flavour and versatility. With naturally occurring Omega 3,6 and 9 and Vitamin E, our rapeseed oil has less than half the saturated fat of olive oil too. It's natural, GM free and totally delicious with a delicate, slightly nutty taste.

Rapeseed oil is a great British culinary oil that can be used in exactly the same way as sunflower oil or olive oil. It is perfect for drizzling, dressings, roasting, frying and even in baking cakes. With a high smoke point of 230 degrees, it isn't easily absorbed by food either so you use much less oil when you cook, making it ideal for a healthy, balanced diet.

We work closely with agronomists (seed experts) from our parent company, Pearce Seeds, a family business with more than 40 years' experience in agriculture. That means we care very much about the provenance of the rapeseed we have selected and we will never make oil from a blend of seed. We then grow the seed crop on selected neighbouring farms with whom we've forged loyal partnerships.
