The Cornish Jute Bag Company

Eco-friendly jute and cotton bags to our own designs.

The Cornish Jute Bag Company imports jute bags, cotton bags and canvas bags from India (as this is an environmentally option to plastic bags The Local Product Company support this). We distribute these bags to our nationwide customer base from our warehouse facility near Redruth in Cornwall.

Our in-house printing facility specialises in printing with waterbased inks. With a minimum print run of just 50 bags we offer a cost-effective way of promoting even the smallest organisation.

The company was set up in 2007 by Niall and Donna Heywood in response to enquiries for environmentally friendly alternatives to polythene carriers. We identified jute bags and cotton bags as being the best option with the added benefits of long life and easy cleaning. We regularly add new designs to our range of products and 2009 will see the expansion of the range into different market sectors.
