She is the manager of Dimensions Health Store in Bangor and is dedicated to sourcing & providing the highest quality natural and organic superfoods and remedies from across the world as well as practical & effective health information and guidance to help people to regain their innate health & well-being.

Ganga often states that her excellent health and constitution is a direct result of having being raised in a natural environment on home grown, organic food!

She has been a professional yoga teacher for over 20 years and, as well as helping to manage Dimensions,Ganga facilitates and teaches Meditation Retreats in India. She excels in helping people to reclaim their vitality and renew their zest for life.

She specialises in movement and relaxation therapy, emotional fitness, lifestyle mentoring, natural supplements, remedies and superfoods. A multi-skilled therapist, with a beautiful Welsh-born singing voice, her passion lies in helping people regain their innate health and wellbeing. about people's emotional well-being.
