The Visitor Centre offers a unique chance to experience the magic of a working farm in beautiful Swaledale.

Find out about life on a traditional dale's farm

Take a guided tour of the farm and meet the animals

Hold a fluffy chick, feed the hens and gather the eggs

Discover our natural environment whilst the children find Ratty, Mole and friends on the Nature trail

Chat to the farmer or our friendly farm staff

Meet our border collie rescue puppies, pigs and kittens during May to September

Visit the farm during lambing time (April) and you may see a lamb being born and watch our special demonstrations.

You can help bottle feed the orphan lambs in April and May

Ride Smokey the Highland pony during Sundays and school holidays

We have play areas for the children, pedal tractors and puzzles, games and quizzes.

There's pleanty to do and see for everyone even during wet weather so come and come along and visit us, find out for youself what's on offer!
